The popups given clear direction to select any option, but the issue here is my keyboard not working or allow me to use the arrows. This is because most of us are using USB keyboard which is not enabled in BIOS setup when system boots.
I just logged in to BIOS setup and enabled to the USB mouse setting.
to access BIOS setup turn off the computer and turn on the computer after 10 seconds, and then press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens, pres DEL key to open BIOS setup.In my PC it is DEL, you must press your BIOS key set by your manufacturer which could be F10, F2, F12, F1.
Then select "Integrated Peripherals" by using arrow keys and hit enter.
Move to the USB keyboard function and enable them and save. Thats it, your USB keyboard will work use the arrow keys while windows resume loader option arrives.
