Your profit should at least be Rs.1 per samosa after deducting all the expenditure such as ingredients, fuel, vehicle and salary. If you are able to produce 1000 samosas a day, then your profit will be Rs.1000/day. The profit will increase whenever the production increased.
Just imagine if you are able to deliver 10000 samosas a day. There are so many machines available in alibaba and indiamart. Just google it and understand the mechanism and go for it.
