Have you ever heard the term Macros?
I wasn't heard that until i was lazy to do the same stuff in repeated mode to make money in internet. 10 years ago i was a beginner in internet money making industry, i tried adsense initially and earned some money. But i needed more, then i started promoting some affiliate dating sites which provided unbelievable earnings.
I used to spread affiliate links in chat rooms initially where i was get bored and in search of someone(Automation) to do the work. Then i found out Macro express and created a macro to spread the links to all the members in a chat room. I started doing the same in twitter as well in the matter of following and spamming the users with a 'Hi'.
Now i am laughing at the things i done in the early days of my career.
Okay let me come to the point. Macros are simple recorded programs to do your repeated activity. You don't need to be a coder to make this work. You can use plenty of addons available over the internet for Firefox and chrome. I don't use any now since i have nothing to do with. But macros are the initiator for me to learn VBA in excel. We can do so much things in an excel, it's always amazing to code in excel vba.
Now the existing automation techniques are closing their chapter as the new era starts with Robotic process automation. Expecting loss of employment for the people working in IT and BPO sector, i will be one among them as well. But we have to accept the change to improve the things going.
